A smart lock in a box is a weekend of frustration. A smart lock installed, paired to your phone, and tested on your own door is a different product. That second one is what I sell. Everything in my smart home lineup can be bought on its own, or bought with installation, and the quote covers both in one number.

I am an authorized Nuki reseller. Nuki locks retrofit onto most existing deadbolts, so your keys keep working and your door keeps its hardware.

What I sell and set up

• Nuki smart locks, fitted to your existing deadbolt
• Video doorbells, wired to your existing chime or battery powered
• Smart thermostats on standard low voltage wiring
• Wifi cameras, battery or plug in
• Smart plugs and hubs, paired and named so the app makes sense

• I reply with one flat number, product and labor together
• I install it, connect it, and hand you a working app before I go

I am not a licensed contractor. California law limits my jobs to under $1,000 total for labor and materials, on work that needs no building permit. Smart home installs almost always land well under that line. Anything that needs new wiring or a panel is licensed electrician work, and I will tell you straight and point you to the right pro.
