One guy, the right tools, and a flat quote before I start.
This page is for the list. The fan that wobbles, the TV still sitting on the console, the drywall ding from the move, the door that will not latch. None of it is worth a contractor and all of it is worth doing. That is my lane.
Jobs I take all the time
- Ceiling fan swaps where a fixture already exists
- TV mounting, studs found, cables managed
- Furniture and equipment assembly
- Drywall patches and paint touch ups
- Doors, hinges, handles, and locks adjusted or replaced
- Kitchen and bath caulking
- Garbage disposal swaps
- Shelves, mirrors, and pictures hung level
- Toilet fill valves and flappers
- Weather stripping before the heat arrives
Batch it and save
The cheapest way to hire me is a pile of small jobs in one visit. One trip, one setup, one number, and the whole visit stays under $1,000, labor and materials together. Walk the house, make the list, and send it over with photos. If the list adds up past the line, I will tell you what fits and what needs a licensed contractor.
I am not a licensed contractor. California law limits my jobs to under $1,000 total for labor and materials, on work that needs no building permit. Anything bigger, anything that needs a permit, gas, or a main electrical panel, is licensed contractor territory. If your job crosses that line I will tell you and point you to the right pro.

FAQ
Customers frequently ask
What do you charge?
A flat quote per job, from your photos, before I start. No open hourly meter. The number I send you is the number you pay, and batching several small jobs into one visit is the cheapest way to hire me, as long as the whole visit stays under $1,000 with labor and materials together.
What jobs will you not take?
Anything over $1,000 with labor and materials together, and anything needing a permit, gas work, or a main electrical panel. California draws that line for unlicensed handymen and I stay inside it. Past the line, I point you to a licensed contractor.
Do I buy the materials or do you?
Either works. I can pick up parts on the way and the receipt rides along with the quote, or I install what you already bought.
One handyman, one flat quote, jobs done right
I am quick, reliable, and honest about what a job needs. Send a photo, get a flat quote, and get it fixed.
