Desert sun and blowing sand are hard on doors and screens. Weatherstripping crumbles, hinges sag until the latch misses the strike plate, sliding doors grind on worn rollers, and window screens rot in a few summers. These are the kind of contained repair work this service covers.

What a typical visit covers

A sticking door usually needs the hinges reset and the strike plate moved, not a new door. A grinding slider usually needs new rollers and a cleaned track. I plane and adjust doors, swap hinges, handles and deadbolts, replace weatherstripping and door sweeps, rescreen window and door frames with new mesh, and rebuild frames that the sun has cooked. Send a photo of the door or screen and a short video of what it does, and I will quote the fix flat.

Scope and pricing

One flat quote from your photos covers the visit, the labor and the parts we agree on. Glass replacement and new window installs need a licensed glazing or window contractor, and I will point you there when the job calls for it.
